Industry 2019 Chef of the Year Award Winners

Our mission at Industry is to make hospitality professionals successful in their careers. Hospitality professionals use Industry to find jobs and hospitality companies use Industry to find staff.

The purpose of the 2019 - Industry Chef of the Year awards is the recognize hospitality professionals who have made a significant contribution to the culinary community in their state. Over 150,000 votes were cast across the entire United States for the inaugural Industry Chef of the Year awards.

How voting worked:

Nominations took place from 12/10/19 - 12/24/19. Over 3000 chefs across the county were nominated and 250 chefs were selected as finalists. Voting took place from 12/27/19 - 12/31/19. Over 150,000 votes were submitted for the 250 chefs nominated.

What is Industry

Industry is the online community for hospitality professionals. On Industry, hospitality professionals can create a profile to showcase their professional brand and find jobs. Industry also gives hourly and management professionals of all levels access to a recruiter which will help them find the right jobs and get interviews. 


Hospitality companies such as Topgolf, TAO Group, Hakkasan, and more use Industry to hire staff. Companies can use Industry to brand their company culture and post jobs. Companies also use the Industry Recruiter service to schedule interviews with qualified candidates. See reviews.
